Seasonal vegetable advice
So we are now into Winter; the grounds frozen, there are regular frosts and the days are very short. Although this season can be a tricky one for planting vegetables there are a few hardy types that can perform well during the early part of the year. Check the specific area for each vegetable for more growing information.
1/ Broad beans - remember to put in canes or sticks. Easy to grow. Broad bean seeds
2/ Onions - a hardy vegetable that can grown in most seasons. Onion seeds
